Chef James Seok, worked at Morimoto and graduated from NYC Culinary Institute, also a Detroit native, moved to Los Angeles to start The Bun Truck, opened the Bun Shop LA in 2010, have now teamed up with LAces LA to bring everyone the never extra ordinary EATERY alongside with craft beers, specialty cocktails, and of course sports.
